The proposed development of this site includes single family residential lots. Storm water drainage for the proposed development will be conveyed towards Little River located along the northern boundary of the project. The site meets the qualifications of a low density development. The average density for the development is 0.84 units/acre compared to the maximum of 2 units/acre to satisfy the requirements set forth by NCDEQ. Storm water will sheet drain across lots and collect into roadway ditching along all proposed streets. The roadway ditches will convey runoff towards Litte River. Culvert pipes will be installed where necessary to convey storm water across proposed roadways. The roads in the subdivision are designed in accordance with NCDOT standards.
