Collier Revocable Trust Agreement dated February 14, 1997 for the benefit of Steven Anthony Collier (the "Trust") hereby furnish this Certification of Trust pursuant to N.C.G.S. 36C-10-1013. 1. Existence of Trust and Date of Execution. The Trust was established by Agreement dated February 14, 1997. 2. Identity of Settler. The Settlor of the Trust was Margaret O. Collier (now deceased). 3. Identity and Address of Current Trustees. The current Trustees of the Trust are Carl David Collier and Dianne Collier - Kersey, c/ o 4513 Sugarloaf Place, Fayetteville, NC 28311. 4. Powers of Trustee. The Trustees have authority to convey real estate. In addition, the Trustees have other powers, as set forth in the Trust and/ or the North Carolina General Statutes. 5. Revocability of Trust. The Trust is now irrevocable, since the Settlor is deceased. 6. Authority of Cotrustees. The Trustees' (as referenced above) signatures are sufficient to bind the Trust. 7. Trust's Taxpayer Identification Number. The Trust's Taxpayer Identification Number is [redacted]. 8. Manner of Taking Title to Trust Property.
