History of Title: it is noted that the Grantor parties in this General Warranty Deed are the heirs of Margaret
O. Collier, who died on March 31, 2016 (16-E-577, Cumberland County). Margaret O. Collier (deceased)
inherited the property from her late husband, Chalmers Collier Jr., who died on June 9, 1996 (96-E-678,
Cumberland County). Chalmers Collier Jr. (deceased) acquired the property by deeds recorded in Book
2534, Page 403; Book 2516, Page 652; and Book 2387, Page 621.

CERTIFICATION OF TRUST
(Given pursuant to N.C.G.S. 36C-10-1013)
The undersigned, as Trustees of the Margaret O. Collier Revocable Trust Agreement dated February 14, 1997 for the
benefit of Steven Anthony Collier (the "Trust") hereby furnish this Certification of Trust pursuant to N.C.G.S. 36C-10-1013.
1. Existence of Trust and Date of Execution. The Trust was established by Agreement dated February 14, 1997.
2. Identity of Settler. The Settlor of the Trust was Margaret O. Collier (now deceased).
3. Identity and Address of Current Trustees. The current Trustees of the Trust are Carl David Collier and Dianne Collier -
Kersey, c/ o 4513 Sugarloaf Place, Fayetteville, NC 28311.
4. Powers of Trustee. The Trustees have authority to convey real estate. In addition, the Trustees have other powers, as set
forth in the Trust and/ or the North Carolina General Statutes.
5. Revocability of Trust. The Trust is now irrevocable, since the Settlor is deceased.
6. Authority of Cotrustees. The Trustees' (as referenced above) signatures are sufficient to bind the Trust.
7. Trust's Taxpayer Identification Number. The Trust's Taxpayer Identification Number is [redacted].
8. Manner of Taking Title to Trust Property. The proper manner for taking title to Trust property is as follows: "The
Margaret O. Collier Revocable Trust for the Benefit of Stephen Anthony Collier dated February 14, 1997."
9. Representations. The Trust has not been revoked, modified, or amended in any manner that would cause the
representations contained in this certification of trust to be incorrect.
