Remarks: Enclosed please find the Annual Summary Data Monitoring Reports (DMR) for Sprout for the
previous two monitoring periods. Please accept these reports as the facility recently was audited by an
outside consultant who found the reports were mistakenly not sent due to a misunderstanding of the
reporting requirements for no discharge. The facility has been monitoring the outfall designated in its permit
for discharges and there has been none. The facility plans to resubmit the NO[ with a new outfall based on
our recent inspection to a more appropriate outfall location. The NOI will be sent separately. The facility
recently sent the eDMR registration application and will use that system going forward, once access is
