Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is dated 1996 and has not been reviewed or maintained. All aspects of
the plan need to be updated and brought into compliance with the new permit cycle effective July 1, 2021. No monitoring has
been conducted for an extended period of time. Begin conducing analytical and qualitative monitoring per the permit. The
permittee has until Friday, December 3, 2021 to update the SWPPP, conduct all required monitoring, and submit a copy to
the Mooresville Regional Office.
