Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan Review Reasons for Approval with Modifications Prior to any land disturbance, EX. DI-301 and 400 will need to be field verified to ensure they will be able to receive the proposed runoff in the manner intended. The primary concern would be potential stormwater impacts to adjacent properties arising from activation of the emergency spillway of the proposed sediment basin onsite. Coordinate with plan engineer on verification that stormwater discharge over the emergency spillway will properly be conveyed to the intended DI. This item will need to be addressed prior to land disturbance. CC1: CC2: 1303 Cherryville Highway, Dallas, NC 28034 Citizens Resource Center Telephone: 704-922-4181
