On June 27, 2022, the above mentioned Erico facility received results of the 2nd quarter Stormwater
Discharge sampling. These results showed exceedances for benchmark values in both outfalls. For
Outfall 001 this is the second consecutive Discharge Monitoring Report (previous DMR in March of
2022) to have an exceedance for Copper. For Outfall 002 this is the second consecutive Discharge
Monitoring Report (previous DMR in March of 2022) to have an exceedance for pH and Copper. The
table below shows the values for March 2022 and June 2022 for each Outfall and benchmark
exceedance.

We are in the process of investigating the root cause(s) of these exceedances and will be
implementing feasible courses of action in addition to implementing monthly monitoring at every
outfall for all parameters.
