The comments were addressed below: 1. The original signed and notarized deed restriction is included. 2. The % BUA for the entire tract is 16.3%. The impervious area of the total tract is 208,775 sf. The total drainage area would be 29.45 acres resulting in a 16.3% BUA. 3. The 30' vegetated buffer has been shown along Fairy Fair Creek. 4. The revised drawdown calculation is enclosed. The orifice size was reduced to 2.25". The additional 2" orifice shown on the original calculations is for a secondary dra'wdown. It has been changed to 0 in the resubmittal. 5. A preliminary review of that information has determined that the application is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review: ✓ 1. The deed restrictions form submitted was not signed and notarized. Please submit the form with an original signature. ,,�,2. What is the overall % BUA and total number of lots proposed for this Phase 11 project (not just the DA to the proposed pond)? 3. Please show the required 30' setback from the top of bank of Fairy Fair Creek on the plans. 4. The 3.5" orifice proposed for the pond is too large. The orifice must be sized to discharge the 1" treatment volume (17,059 co over 2-5 days, not the larger temporary pool volume (31,709 Co. Also, what is the additional 2" orifice shown in the calculations, but not on the plans? 5. Please be sure any revisions are consistently shown on all plans, calculations, and forms. Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review. The requested information should be received by this Office prior to February 13, 2013, or the application will be returned as incomplete. The return of a project will necessitate resubmittal of all required items, including the application fee. If you need additional time to submit the information, please mail or fax your request for a time extension to the Division at the address and fax number at the bottom of this letter. Soils at this site are most similar to the Altavista soil series (see attached boring log). One boring was advanced to a depth of 8.0 feet Seasonal High Water Table (SHMM as determined by evidence of colors of chroma 2 or lesswas encountered at a depth of 2.0 feet (24 inches) below the eroumd surface The observed water level in the boring (on the day of testing) was 74 inches below the ground surface.
