The purpose of the inspection was to ensure compliance with State Stormwater Management Permit SW6130301 that was issued on March 19, 2013. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your review. The following were the observations made during the site inspection. The Wet Pond was not holding water at the time of the inspection. The site appeared to fulfill the Certification and approved state stormwater plan requirements except that the wetland plants were not installed in the Wet Pond. This does not appear to impede the performance of the structure as the intenour side slopes are well -vegetated. The site built upon area is constructed as per the permit and the approved plans.
