hereindescribed tract and the Southwestern corner for the Franklin County National Guard Armory; thence from said Point of Beginning and along the
Northern right-of-way line for Bickett Boulevard, South 86 degrees 06 minutes 35 seconds West 210.71 feet to an iron marking the Southeastern
corner for Dixie Development; thence along the Dixie Development line, North 03 degrees 51 minutes 58 seconds West 209.88 feet to an iron; thence
North 86 degrees 06 minutes 35 seconds East 208.19 feet to an existing concrete monument in the National Guard Armory line; thence along the
