Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined that the completed project complies with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 effective September 1, 1995. The re - issuance of this stormwater permit does not imply that the site is currently in compliance with the terms and conditions of this state stormwater permit. The plans previously approved on April 30, 1998 remain in full force and effect. If any parts, requirements, or limitations contained in this permit are unacceptable, you have the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within thirty (30) days following receipt of this permit. This request must be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes, and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings, P.O. Drawer 27447, Raleigh, NC 27611- 7447. Unless such demands are made this permit shall be final and binding. Day Care Expansion Wilmington, NC State Stormwater Permit No. SW8 980308 A&K Project No. 00122 Dear Ms. Lewis: Enclosed are two sets of plans for the subject project, one set of calculations and a copy of the State Stormwater Permit No. SW8 980308 issued April 30, 1998 for your use. Please note that the day care expansion was previously approved as future development under State Stormwater Permit No. SW8 980308. The day care expansion and new concrete sidewalks will not exceed the total impervious allotment in State Stormwater Permit No. SW8 980308. Per our earlier conversation, I am submitting the enclosed information including impervious calculations for your file. We understand that a permit modification will be required if the total impervious allotment is exceeded in the future. Please review this information for approval and contact us with any questions or comments you may have. Thank you for your assistance on this project.
