easement agreements, and other documents as my Attorney -in -Fact shall deem just and
appropriate in order to complete the purchase thereof.
To execute all documents necessary in order to list for sale, sell and close the sale
of property located in the Blue Ridge Township in Henderson County, North Carolina,
being described in a deed recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Henderson
County in Deed Book 394, Page261, and/or all of that property described in the
Henderson County Tax Assessor's office by reference to pin #9588127382.
