We just got this email from Bethany. My understanding of the conversation you and I had and the voice mail message you left a couple of weeks ago, was that we would receive a letter explaining the SW changes with "a couple of example permits." After a review we would meeting with you guys and Duke to discuss. This transmittal looks like an official draft for review and comment. Did I misunderstand something? No big deal, but I was thinking this would play out differently.
