The objective of the monitoring is to evaluate potential uptake of pollutants by fish tissue rft-ar the Ash Pond discharge. Is that the case? Could I find out from you where those sampling points will be? Are they in Bowes Branch? We are working on the CCR Monofill stormwater permit, and I'm trying to get a handle on all the surface water/fish tissue monitoring that will be happening in the vicinity.
