In that case, the original owner (Goodwill Community Foundation, Inc.) should then have applied to terminate the permit once the new owner obtained their permit and took over responsibility for construction activities. We cannot transfer NCG01 responsibility to a new Permittee. We can only revise legally responsible individuals within the same Permittee organization because the permit remains issued to the original entity. Hopefully this information helps you decide what the next best steps are. Hi Aziza, I am the board chair for the former owner of the property, Goodwill Community Foundation. We sold these in 2021 to Goodwill Industries of North Carolina. Not sure why the contact was not updated but I apologize for not letting you know. I have copied the President of GIENC, Chris Hash as well as a board member so they can respond.
