CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM HIS OWN ESTIMATES AND SHALL PROVIDE ALL EARTHWORK NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THE DESIGN GRADE, INCLUDING ANY OFFSITE BORROW OR SPOILS I REQUIRED. i, ) 2.
