NOTE:
THE ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR
TO THE FINAL PLAT OR THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. THE STORMWATER
CONTROL IS TO BE INSPECTED TO ENSURE IT IS FUNCTIONING AS DESIGNED
AND HAS FULL DESIGN VOLUME PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF ANY CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY.
NOTE:
THE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE
STORMWATER CONTROLS ACCORDING TO THE APPROVED MAINTENANCE
PLAN AND DIRECTION OF THE CITY OF GREENSBORO.
A DMUE WILL BE DEDICATED OVER AND 15 FEET AROUND THE BMP AND AN
ACCESS EASEMENT WILL BE DEDICATED FROM THE PUBLIC STREET TO THE
DMUE FOR THE BMP.
THE CITY OF GREENSBORO AND THEIR ASSIGNS HAVE RIGHT TO ACCESS THE
STORMWATER CONTROL(S) FOR INSPECTIONS OR MAINTENANCE AS NECESSARY.
