Hi,

This is a friendly reminder that the MS4 permit renewal application must be submitted on or before
August 4, 2022 to maintain compliance with the current MS4 permit. The requirement to submit
exists regardless of any audit or compliance notice correspondence.
The permit renewal application consists of a short form (MS4 Permit Renewal Application) and the
current Stormwater Management Plan.
