Mr. Mike Lawyer advised us on making these changes to the Outfall locations but we never made the changes on the permit paperwork. Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions. Good Afternoon, Bethany I am the Feedmill Manager for Perdue Foods — Candor, NC HWY 211 East Eagle Springs, Moore County. I was in the process of preparing my eDMR for the first quarter today and found that I only have one stormwater outfall listed in the eDMR. I did click on the drop down box but only the 001 is available. If you read below, I contacted Mike Lawyer in the Fayetteville office to find out what to do. He asked me to contact you so that you could add a second outfall to my report. I am concerned because this information is due to be reported no later than the last day of April. That does not give you much time to make this change. Do you recommend that I proceed with reporting the information for Outfall 001 now then report Outfall 002 whenever you have time to get my report updated? Please advise. Listed below is the information that Mike told me that you would need to get the report updated. If you need anything else from me please let me know. Thanks in advance.
