BEGIN CLEARING, GRUBBING, AND STRIPPING OF REMAINING UNCLEARED SITE AREAS AS PROPOSED. 16.1.THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF FIFTY (50) FEET FROM STORM DRAIN INLETS AND SURFACE WATERS AND WITHIN AREAS PROTECTED BY EROSION CONTROL MEASURES. 16.1.1. ANY EARTHEN -MATERIAL STOCKPILES ON -SITE FOR LATER DISTRIBUTION AND/OR REMOVAL 16.1.2. AREAS DEDICATED FOR MANAGEMENT OF LAND CLEARING AND DEMOLITION DEBRIS 16.1.3. CONSTRUCTION AND DOMESTIC WASTE 16.1.4. BEGIN SITE GRADING. MAINTAIN EROSION CONTROL DEVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MAINTENANCE PLAN. INSTALL ADDITIONAL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES AS REQUIRED. 18. INSTALL STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND UTILITIES. INSTALL PROTECTION AROUND ALL INLETS AS STORM DRAIN SYSTEM IS INSTALLED. 19. ONCE PERMANENT DIVERSIONS ARE IN PLACE, TEMPORARY DIVERSION BERMS CAN BE REMOVED. SILT FENCE ALONG PERIMETER SHALL CONTINUED TO BE MAINTAINED. 20. CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN EROSION CONTROL MEASURES UNTIL VEGETATIVE COVER HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED OVER ALL DISTURBED AREAS AND SITE HAS BEEN STABILIZED. REMOVE EROSION CONTROL MEASURES ONLY AFTER FINAL INSPECTION AND APPROVAL BY INSPECTOR, EXCEPT FOR THOSE PROTECTING AREAS DOWNSTREAM OF THE SEDIMENT BASIN. 21.
