Dear Mr. McGee:
The City of Sanford is submitting a correction for IUP 000041 (Tyson Foods,Inc. Mexican Original).
The correction is as follows:
• IUP 41: Typographical error corrected for the cyanide detection level from 1.0 mg/1 to 0.01 mg/l.
Attached is a copy of the corrected permit and a copy of the transmittal letter. The allocation table in the
last mailing is accurate regardless to this correction.

Dear Mr. Batchelor.
Enclosed is modified Industrial User Permit 000041.Changes are as follows:
1. On pipe 01 the detection level for cyanide has been corrected from 1.0 mg/1to 0.01 mg/l.
The modified pages included are 1,2,and 5. Please add these modified pages to your current IUP.
Remove the former pages and place them in a separate"historical"file and retain them for future
reference.
Please read this permit carefully,paying special attention to the changes referenced above.If any parts
(measurement frequencies, sampling requirements,and/or limits)contained in this permit are
unacceptable to you,you have the right to an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within thirty
(30)days following the receipt of this letter. Unless such demand is made,this decision shall be final
and binding.
