Unfortunately we cannot process the Permit Name/Ownership Change Request submitted on 2/23/2022 any
further. A Stormwater Program staff member will be in touch with more information.
Comments during review: The current owner ("City of Charlotte") is also tied to other water quality permits
(NC0089729 - Groundwater Remediation (Myrtle/Morehed) and WQ0032604 - Non -discharge (Fire Station
938). *Changes to this owner name would affect both of those permits as well, including the legally responsible
person.* We have several entries for Charlotte, but not "City of Charlotte General Services". Please advise if we
need to set up a new owner for this permit, as well as two others we have requests for - NCGO80879 and
NCG080822. All should be consolidated under the same owner if possible. Or, please advise if you are only
