STRIP TEMPORARY VEGETATION AND UNSUITABLE MATERIAL FROM TEMPORARY DAYLIGHT SLOPES AND OTHER AREAS THAT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FILL; HAVE SLOPES AND FILL INSPECTED BY LICENSED GE07ECHNICAL ENGINEER PRIOR TO INSTALLING ADDITIONAL FILL. 4. ESTABLISH ROUGH GRADES ADEQUATE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL; INSTALL RETAINING WALL AS DESIGNED AND SPECIFIED BY GE07ECHNICAL ENGINEER. 5. BACKFILL RETAINING WALL AS NECESSARY AND ESTABLISH SUBGRADES FOR ACCESS DRIVES, PARKING, SIDEWALKS, AND PERMANENT SLOPES (WORK ON ADJACENT SITE SHALL PRECEDE OR COINCIDE WITH FINAL GRADING ON THIS S17E). 6. INSTALL STORM DRAINAGE PIPES AND CATCH BASINS AS SHOWN ON FINAL GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN; INSTALL INLET PROTECTION AND PERMANENT RIP RAP OUTLET PROTECTION; MAINTAIN ADEQUATE INLET PROTECTION UNTIL INSTALLATION OF CURB AND GUTTER AND PAVEMENT (WATTLES MAY BE USED AFTER CURB AND GUTTER IS INSTALLED. Z INSTALL WATER SERVICE, BACK FLOW PREVENTER, AND METER PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF CURB AND GUTTER, PAVEMENT AND SIDEWALKS 8. INSTALL CURB AND GUTTER, ABC STONE, AND INTERMEDIATE LAYER OF ASPHALT,• FINISH PAVING ONCE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE 9. STABILIZE SLOPES IMMEDIATELY UPON REACHING FINAL GRADE ACCORDING TO THE SOIL STABILIZATION GUIDELINES; ALWAYS TOP DRESS WITH GOOD SOIL TO ESTABLISH HEALTHY VEGETATION. 10. ONCE SITE IS FULLY STABILIZED, REMOVE SEDIMENT BASIN AS SPECIFIED. 11. CALL FOR FINAL INSPECTION BY WAKE COUNTY AND OBTAIN CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION.
