The engineer certified that this was the case (see bciov-!). i am not sure of the "repcir" that is needed? this system was originally designed —2006 as an infiltration basin. That system failed, and in 2015 the berm blew out into the w lands. (It was a siE,,riificant breach.) We worked wi'Lh the engineers to try to get the oriLinal design to ra'ori:, but the wu`I-er table was too high. It 1had to be redesigned as a wot pond rather than an infiltration basin. Trey made it as large as they could, giver the 'act 'Chat all of the homes were already constructed and there wasn't more land available to make it as large z,E. v,,o v. oUId have liked.
