It appears that the e-NOI application had Terry Houk and Scott Dingus listed as contacts. Heather (our Admin) paid for it online. Neither of the 3 currently work at the City of High Point. This certificate of coverage was effective on 4/28/2021 and we will need to renew it soon. We will be moving this project to bid very soon.
