The existing retention pond and storm water outfall (SDO-1) are shown on Figure 3 (Site Plan with Surface Flow). In accordance with permit requirements, the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) will be developed upon approval of the permit and will include best management practices for storm water control. A completed Notice of Intent application form is included as Appendix A. A copy of the site survey that shows the existing retention pond and storm water outfall is included as Appendix B.
