In looking at the permit for Morada Bay, I don't see that a community area approved as part of this permit. I believe you had said it is going on lot 46. The last correspondence in the file for Morada Bay Phases 1-3, SW8 040919, is from 2006. If they are changing one of the lots to a community pool area (or any other changes from the approved plans), then either a plan revision or modification will be needed to the permit. If the proposed amount of impervious area associated with the community area is equal to or less than the area allocated to the lot, 4,633 square feet, then it is likely a plan revision can be submitted to approve the changes (link to plan revision form). If the impervious area is exceeding the lot allocation, then other solutions may be needed and can be discussed further. Thanks again and please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
