This inspection was conducted to ensure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. The subject facility appeared to be well operated and maintained. Please note that renewals shall be received at least 180 days prior to expiration of a permit. Review of compliance history, during 12 month period of 2021, found facility did not report any permit limit violations during the review period. Records review found information well kept and readily available. Laboratory review noted that permitted facility has a Laboratory Field Certification #5151 to perform onsite analysis for pH and Temperature. Meter calibration record for pH meter was current with thermometer on pH meter checked against NIST thermometer annually. Facility uses contract lab Duke Environmental, Pace Analytical Services, LLC, and ETS conducts toxicity testing. During the site inspection the following Outfalls were reviewed: Outfall #001A - Flow >15 gpm, effluent clear with no visible suspended solids. No foam or floating solids were noted at point of discharge. Outfall #007 - Discharge flow 0.5 MGD, effluent clear with no visible suspended solids. Slight amount of foam was being generated at discharge point but disipated 20-30 feet from discharge point. Outfall #111 (Seep)- No dischaged at time of inspection. Outfall #117 (Seep)- Flow <1 gpm, effluent clear with no visible suspended soilds. Stormwater Outfall #SW - 001 No Flow Stormwater Outfall #SW - 7 - No Flow Stormwater Outfall #SW - 8 - No Flow Discharge is to the Yadkin River (High Rock Lake) Stream Classification WS-V in the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin, Sub -Basin 03-07-06/03040102.
