Public Notice; Individual Isolated Wetlands Permit for Protect Eagle; DWR # 20211413 Ver 1 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on September 27, 2021, Eric Evans., Edgecombe County, (PO BOX 10, Tarboro, NC 27886) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for an Individual Isolated Wetlands Permit pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .1300. The activity for which this permit is sought is the construction of a manufacturing facility and warehouse on Pad C of the Kingsboro Business Park. The DWR's proposed date of final action on the application is March 8, 2022. Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on March 7, 2022. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments.
