Dear Mr. RiPPy:
On October 2, 2001, the Wilmington Regional Office received a revision to Stormwater Management
Permit Number SW8960818. It has been determined that a permit modification is not required for the proposed
changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your files. Please replace the old
approved plan sheets with -the new one.
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on October 19, 1999 remain in full force
and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -
by -case basis. Any other changes to this project must be approved by this office prior to construction. If it is
determined that the proposed revision will require a modification to the permit, you will be notified.

Enclosed is a revised site plan for additional parking area at the Jungle Rapids entertainment
park permit number SW8960818. The original permit had allowable future impervious area
set aside for additional development up to 11.83 AC. The additional parking area will drain
into a catch basin or sheet flow directly into Forebay 2.
Previous impervious on site was 4.94 AC and this additional parking lot would add .77 AC
bringing the total impervious on -site to 5.71 AC. Total allowable impervious on site is 11.83
AC.
The impervious notes are shown on the site plan drawings under Stormwater Notes
