Good afternoon Wendee,
The proposed Residential Well Sampling Plan indicated that Randolph County would contact all identified landowners by
certified mail and provide them with a reasonable period of time to respond with regards to proposed pre -construction
sampling of wells. As you know, the list of properties to be contacted was increased in the attached December 20, 2021
version of the plan to all those within 500 feet of the property. Since construction activities have been initiated on site
as of this week, would you please provide an update on Randolph County's implementation of the attached sampling
plan.
