We started meeting with Toni Norton on 12/17/2022 at that time she advised us to start clearing for silt fence and to get the sediment basins started. The reason this was done is the owner had originally planned to build horse pasture and hay fields with the property. Once it was decided to develope the property into a subdivision all site work stopped until we meet with Toni Norton from Catawba County, she gaves us the ok to get the erosion control measures started. 9.
