The COC will still show the different County (we don't make new ones unless there's a new permit issued), and the permit record itself in the database is still associated with Mecklenburg. I imported the email correspondence we had about it as well. Any Mods or NOT applications will pre -fill with the different county when filled out (for future reference). If all that is okay with the permittee, they can just leave it. If this discrepancy will cause a problem or they want it to be corrected, they need to terminate this one and submit a new NOI with the correct County so it writes a new record. It depends on what they want — we've had people do both options. :tion Starm +rater COCs`sNCC2202a3 Trails atlfwin Lakes - Go Search: Ente Name - County Page Count ID z Document D h .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. Will we encounter any issues with inspections if we leave the County on the COC as is and have it changed in the repository? We'll likely update and file an NOT on the current COC but I want to make sure I understand the options. Learn why this is important The only option is to apply for a new COC with a new NOI and have us waive the fee (which we can do since this mistake was identified within 60 days of issuance). The most I can do with the current COC is update the metadata in our repository to reflect the correct County, but it will not correct the COC or the data record. We just don't have a mechanism in place to update project data submitted on the original application. We can only update contact information. If you decide to apply for a new COC with the correct county, please alert us to that application once submitted. That way we will know to waive the fee. Also, once a new COC is issued, it will be very important to submit a Notice of Termination for the original COC (basis — mistake), so it does not stay active and bill annual fees in the future. Just let us know what you want to do. Best regards, Bethany Georgoulias (she/her) Environmental Engineer Stormwater Program, Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources N.C. This project is in Durham County and we have Mecklenburg County listed. How do we need to go about revising?
