Hi Catherine,

The submitted Draft SWMP is in the review queue, but we are down 25% of our staff and backlogged
on reviews. I cannot say when the Draft SWMP will be reviewed or the new permit issued.

The current 2017 permit expires on February 19, 2022. Please continue to implement the
conditions in the 2017 NPDES stormwater permit. As long as you have a permit renewal
application on file and maintain compliance with those permit conditions, stormwater discharges are
authorized by that permit until the Division issues a renewal permit or notifies the city of an
alternative action.
