CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL THE 14 PARKING SPACES PRIOR TO THE DEMOLITION AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR PHASE I. THE 14 SPACES SHALL BE UTILIZED BY THE OWNER DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE I.
