Dear Mr. Conine and Mr. and Mrs. Colton:
The Wilmington Regional Office received and accepted a State Stormwater Management Minor Modification
Permit Application for the subject project on June 28, 2021.On July 20, 2021, Chris Russell, PE, requested to
withdraw the subject application dine to the permittees no longer wising to pursue the proposed minor
modification for the subject project.
Per this request, this Office is hereby withdrawing the subject application.
If you wish to pursue construction of this proposed project, you must ready to the Division. Your application
package must include a completed and signed application form; dement form; signed O&M agreement;
appropriate application fee; signed, sealed and dated cartons; 2 setsof signed, sealed and dated site layout
and grading plans with details; and any supporting documentation necessary to address the items identified in the
latest request for additional information.
Please note that this does not preclude you from obtaining and complying. with any and: all other permits or
approvals that are requmNI for this development to take place, as required by any statutes, rules,. regulations, or
ordinances, which are imposed: by any other Local, State or Federal government agency having jurisdiction.
Please note that the permit issued on June 9, 2020 remains in full force and effect. Please be aware that the
construction of any changes to the originally approved and permitted plans prior to the receipt of a modified
permit is a violation of NCGS 143-215.1 and issubject to enforcement action pursuant to NCGS 143-215.6A.
