THIS DEED, MADE this the 8th day of March, 2006, by and between
WRIGHT BUSINESS INVESTMENTS, LLC, a limited liability company, and
ROBERT A. WRIGHT and wife, SHIRLEY J. WRIGHT, of Hoke County, North Carolina,
parties of the first part, to JNM INVESTMENTS, LLC, a limited liability
company, of Cumberland County, North Carolina, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH:
That said parties of the first part, in consideration of OTHER VALUABLES
AND TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) to them in hand paid by the party of the second part,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have bargained and sold, and by
these presents.do grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said party of the
second part, its successors and assigns, a certain tract or parcel of land
in the Town of Raeford, Hoke County, North Carolina, and described on Exhibit
A attached hereto and made a part of this document:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land, and all
privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the said party of the
second part, their successors and assigns, to their only use and behoof
forever.
AND THE said parties of the first part, for themselves and their heirs
executors and administrators, covenant with the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, that they are seized of said premises in fee and
have the right to convey in fee simple; that the same are free and clear
from all encumbrances, and•that they do hereby forever warrant and will
forever defend the said title to the same against the claims of all persons
whomsoever.

Carolina and being al of Tracts No. 1 and 2 and a portion of
Tract No. 3 and all of Tracts No. 4 and 5 as shown on a map entitled:
"Survey for J. R. Wright, et al" dated 12-29-1999, and Perpared by
Hasty Land Surveying, also all of a Tract containing. 13.66 acres,
and all of a 1 i-94 acre tract that was corneyed to Robert A. Wright,
