Staff review of the project plans and specifications has determined that the stormwater control system as proposed for the Onslow Memorial Hospital Urgent Care Facility will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1003(i). The runoff from 109,967 square feet of impervious area will be treated in a detention pond sized to achieve 90% reduction in Total Suspended Solids. Any modification of the plans submitted to and approved by this Office or further development of this site regardless of the fact that the modification may be less than 1 acre, will require an additional Stormwater Submittal/Modification and approval prior to initiation of construction. Modifications include but are not limited to; project name changes, transfer of ownership, change of owner address, redesign of built -upon surfaces, addition of built -upon surfaces, redesign or further subdivision of the project area. This Certification shall be effective from the date of issuance until rescinded. The project shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the Wilmington Regional Office. This Certification does not supersede any other permit or approval. The developer is responsible for obtaining any and all permits and approvals necessary for the development of this project. A preliminary review of that information has determined that the submittal for the subject project is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review: 1. The contours at the pond seem to indicate that the side slopes are 4:1, however, the detail of the outlet structure shows 3:1. Please revise the detail to reflect the actual side slopes used for the pond and provide 2 copies of that revised plan sheet only. Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review. The requested information should be received by this Office prior to August 5, 1995, or the submittal will be returned as incomplete. The drawdown time can be estimated using the following formula from Elements of Urban Stormwater Design (NCSU & H. A preliminary review of that information has determined that the submittal for the subject project is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review: 1. North Carolina registered Professional Engineers seal on the calculation cover sheet. 2. Please clearly delineate the drainage area for this project on the plans. Include any off -site or existing areas, such as parts of Memorial Drive, that drain to the proposed pond, and account for them in the volume. 3. Please shade or highlight the new pavement areas. 4. Please dimension the pond 5.
