The property is a newly annexed portion of Morehead City consisting of 8.18 acres of land narrow in width and deep. Subject land rolls gently from the rear to a drainage ditch crossing the property in the center from north to south and is fairly well drained. The property between the ditch and Country Club Road (front) is flat and poorly drained by perimeter ditches with little or no existing flow and with the existing outfoll being vague. The rear portion of the property is presently wooded while the front has been under recent cultivation. The land disturbing activities will cover the entire site in order to construct 18 single family homes with street, utility and drainage improvements. (2) Erosion and Sediment Control Prior to initial clearing, silt fences shall be installed per plans. (3) Accelerated Erosion and Sediment Control After initial clearing and grubbing, and leveling, the following seeding schedule is recommended for the perimeter of the disturbed area.
