is great!
I was also able to look through their hard copy records and found some of the permit numbers I am looking
for, I believe.

Tori & Cameron,
If it helps, the map of the current active and expired state stormwater permits can be found on this website
[ncdenr.maps.arcgis.coml. The location of the dots are only as good as the GPS coordinates that were entered into our
database. It is a long term goal of ours to fix the older permits with inaccurate coordinates. To find information on
these older permits that may not be properly located on the map, you may use the last magnifying glass to search by key
words such as subdivision or development name.

Hi Tori
Coordinates are not really going to help find the applicable permit numbers. Send me the spreadsheet you have and I'll
see if I am able to search our database from the information you have. You may end up going to a contact I have at the
City, but let's see what you have.

Hello,
I will definitely be able to come to you at your earliest convenience. I also have an excel spreadsheet of all the ponds we
are looking into. Are you looking for the cities ID or permit information? I don't know if I have a complete list but I do
have coordinates plotted in google maps as well.
Thanks,
Tori

Hello, thanks for helping us with this. We have approximately 10 ponds for which we'd need
information. We have addresses and LatLong location data; all of them are in the City of Wilmington. I
ask Tori Zimmerman to get you a spreadsheet and see if she can arrange a meeting after you have time
to locate the files.

Dr. Cahoon:
Our office is currently closed to the public except by appointment. I will be happy to help you and Ms.
Zimmerman get the documentation you need. We can have the entire files scanned and sent to you by
Allways Graphics at your expense for a total of $35/inch of file thickness. Most files are less than 1 inch
thick, but we have a number that exceed that thickness by a significant amount. I am not sure what the
total cost would be at this point, without knowing the applicable files.
Alternatively, we will have to arrange a time on a Tuesday or Thursday when I can have the appropriate
files pulled for your review. It may take some time depending on how many permits are involved. Do
you have the applicable permit numbers and/or project names so that we can move forward on one of
these options? Let me know how you wish to proceed.
