Inspection Summary:
The Division received a request to transfer the permit on August 24, 2018, with final information received on March 15,
2019. The compliance inspection was conducted on March 21, 2019 and the project was found to be in compliance.
The following items were provided in support of the transfer to the HOA.
1. Recorded amended deed restrictions.
2. Designers certification,

Guidelines for Access: The staff of Wilmington Regional Office is dedicated to making public records in our custody readily
available to the public for review and copying. We also have the responsibility to the public to safeguard these records and to carry
out our day-to-day program obligations. Please read carefully the following guidelines signing the form:
Due to the large public demand for file access, we request that you call at least a day in advance to schedule an
appointment to review the files. _Appointments will be scheduled between 9:00am and 3.00pm Viewing time ends at
4:45pm. Anyone arriving without an appointment may view the files to the extent that time and staff supervision
is available.
2. You must specify files you want to review by facility name. The number of files that you may review at one time will
be limited to five.

4. You may make copies of a file when the copier is not in use by the staff and if time permits. Cost per copy is $.05 cents.
Payment may be made by check, money order, or cash at the reception desk
5. FILES MUST BE KEPT IN ORDER YOU FOUND THEM. Files may not be taken from the office. To remove,
alter, deface, mutilate, or destroy material in one of these files is a misdemeanor for which you can be fined up to
$500.00. No briefcases, large totes, etc. are permitted in the file review area.

The stormwater retention pond is designed to be 6' deep. The quantity of vegetation suggests that the pond is in need of
cleaning out to restore pond capacity. A small area of erosion is occuring on the west side of pond near the forebay. The
pipe system outlet into the forebay is only 25% visible as silt has clogged the corrugated plastic pipe. An engineer needs
to certify the system.

The only thing that needs to be done is request the certification. A person who owns or is purchasing a lot (aka the
sticker on the front of the file is the guy) wants to know the compliance status.
If an NOD is sent then everything will be resolved for this citizen. Let him know that a NOD is being sent and his interest
are met as well as ours. It has already confirmed that the pond is built.
