P L S The enclosed package is a follow-up to the e-mail that I sent to you last week regarding the substitution of permeable concrete for turfstone in the portion of the parking lot at the Shoppes @ 10.5 which serves the Food Lion. The Town asked me to identify the parking spaces will be switched to permeable concrete, and so the hatching has been changed on the plans in the parking spaces which are to be switched. This is the only difference in the enclosed plans from the plans I e-mailed to you last week. Please add these plans to your files in order to document the change. As I noted in the e-mail, no credit was taken for permeable pavement in the permit application (permeable pavement was simply utilized as a conveyance to the gravel infiltration trench underneath). Therefore, the substitution of permeable concrete for turfstone does not materially affect the functioning of the stormwater management system or the validity of the permit.
