A preliminary review of your project indicates that before a State Stormwater permit can be issued the following additional information is needed: / Please sign and seal the Calculations. 2 Fill out the Required and The Provided volume for non -SR waters in all Supplements. 3. Harbor illage IV 1: • The drawdown time for basin number 1 in Inf. Basin Supplement is 0.85 days, while the Calculations show 13 hours. Revise. • The Top Elevation in Supplement is 4.80, while the Plans (sheet C3.1) show 5.8. • Revise. 4. Harbor Village IV-2: ✓ • The drawdown time for basin number 2 in Inf. Basin Supplement is 0.54 days, while the Calculations show 0.85 days. Revise. �• The Storage elevation in Supplement is 4,80, while the Plans (sheet C3.1) show 4.50. Construction without a permit is a violation of 15A NCAC 2H.1000 and North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and may result in civil penalties of up to $25,000 per day.
