Application: The following Municipal
Separate Storm Sewer System
(MS4) permitted entity has applied
for an NPDES MS4 permit renewal to
discharge stormwater from their ju-
risdictional area in Forsyth County:
Town of Kernersville. Permit Num-
ber NCS000483. This MS4 discharg-
es to receiving waters designated
as; Reedy Fork Creek, Beaver Creek,
West Fork Deep River, and tributa-
ries in the Cape Fear River Basin;
Belews Creek, Right Fork Belews
Creek (Deans Creek), East Belews
Creek, Hartley Creek, and tributaries
in the Roanoke River Basin; and Ker-
ners Mill Creek, Smith Creek, Fishers
Branch, Abbotts Creek, and tributa-
ries within the Yadkin River Basin
