The purpose of this eNOI submittal is to secure a new CofC for the
project that was originally permitted as Oak Springs, NCC214905
issued 8/27/21. Upon issue of the new CofC in the name of
Springshire Creek, the permittee will submit a Notice of Termination
for NCC214905 to close that CofC.
