Weddington stormwater standards. An existing pond will be converted for stormwater detention.
Vegetated conveyances with 3:1 maximum side slopes will be utilized to the greatest extent possible.

calculate overall percent built upon area (BUA). Non-coastal wetlands landward of the NHW (or MHW) line may
be included in the total project area.
