Dear Mr. Patterson,
In reference to your emailed comments from November 18, 2011, the following are the
responses to those comments made by your office for the above named project and our
responses are as follows:
1. The application and plans state that the BUA in the off -site DA's is zero. Added in
the existing BUA on the impervious calculations on the plan and application.
2. Future build out must be estimated and BUA included for the currently undeveloped
off -site area being routed to the pond. Added in the future BUA on the
impervious calculations on the plan and application.
