Based on the what you provided additional information is needed to finish our review. The following information is needed: -Please provide information about the lots draining to the previously permitted BMP. We need to know the BUA allowed per lot and the total amount of BUA. -Please amend the stormwater narrative and any appropriate plan sheets to clearly convey that 108 lots are draining to the new wet detention basin while 17 lots are being treated by a previously permitted BMP. Please provide necessary information showing the previously permitted BMP can handle the addition BUA and is permitted to do so. -Please include a plan sheet that summarizes the stormwater going offsite in order to include this in the other permit file. The requested information should be received by this Office prior to August 12, 2011, or the application will be returned as incomplete. The return of a project will necessitate resubmittal of all required items, including the application fee. If you need additional time to submit the information, please mail or fax your request for a time extension to the Division at the address and fax number at the bottom of this letter. The request must indicate the date by which you expect to submit the required information. The Division is allowed 90 days from the receipt of a completed application to issue the permit. Brian C. Approximately 108 of the 125 lots drain to the Phase III pond. The other area drains back to the Phase I pond which included the this drainage area and was oversized to accommodate the runoff.
