As discussed, there are a few items that must be addressed prior to continuing my review of the application package. I have outlined these items below. -page 1, Item II, 2: project marked as Low Density, but proposing 21.66% impervious, which is High Density under the HQW rules (>12%); please correctly indicate project type as High Density -page 2, Item III, 1a: please provide the signing official's title, the application must be signed by a Vice President or higher of the organization or an original signed letter from the Vice President or higher granting signature authority to Kelly Miller can be submitted -page 2, Item III, 1c & 2: it appears as though the Applicant (Pine Needles Country Club) is also the property owner; Item is should be marked accordingly and Item 2 skipped -page 3, Item IV, 9: shows only 1 drainage area, however there are 2 BMPs proposed for 2 separate drainage areas; please correctly identify the number of drainage areas -page 4, Item IV, 10 (drainage area table): table indicates only 1 drainage area and it appears as though the areas and amounts of BUA per drainage area have been combined; please correctly separate the drainage area, proposed impervious area, and breakdown of BUA by buildings, streets, etc. for each of the 2 drainage areas; also the amount of existing BUA plus proposed BUA does not match the total, please clarify -page 5, Item VI, 10: please provide copy of the current property deed as indicated -Bio-Retention Cell Supplement, page 2: there are two items marked 'N' that refer to the requirement for excess flow to be evenly distributed through a vegetated filter; please revise or provide justification Please provide this requested additional information/revisions by August 23, 2010. Failure to provide this information by this date will result in the application package being returned, which will require re -submittal including the appropriate processing fee. If you need additional time to provide the requested information, you must request an extension and indicate a reasonable amount of time it will take to submit the information.
