CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE
1. OBTAIN PLAN APPROVAL AND OTHER APPLICABLE PERMITS.
2. FLAG THE WORK LIMITS.
3. HOLD PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION. THE C.O.E.
ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST SHALL BE NOTIFIED OF THE DATE, TIME AND LOCATION OF THE MEETING BY CALLING
(910) 396-1211 EXT. 223.
4. INSTALL TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE.
5. INSTALL TEMPORARY SWALES AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
6. INSTALL TEMPORARY SEDIMENT TRAPS.
7. COMPLETE SITE CLEARING AND GRUBBING.
8. COMPLETE FINAL GRADING OF GROUNDS, TOPSOIL CRITICAL AREAS, AND PERMANENTLY VEGETATE AND MULCH.
GROUNDCOVER SHALL BE PROVIDED ON EXPOSED SLOPES WITHIN 21 CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF
ANY PHASE OF GRADING.
9. ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PRACTICES WILL BE INSPECTED WEEKLY AND AFTER RAINFALL EVENTS.
NEEDED REPAIRS WILL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY.
10. ENSURE ALL SWALES AND TEMPORARY SEDIMENT TRAPS ARE CLEARED OF CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND EXCESS
