However, one caveat to that is we suggest you use eDMR for the stormwater outfalls to meet current EPA requirements. We will add the stormwater outfall locations to our database under the wastewater permit NC0039586 for now so that you can submit electronically if you choose. We will hopefully have this done sometime next week. Please let me know if you have any other questions. We primarily want to be sensitive to any changes in boilerplate language from the previous version to now so I can review with all the HNP folks involved with this matter. While we are on the Industrial Stormwater topic, any status report on the HNP individual Industrial Stormwater Permit (NCS000606)? Language is in the current permit just issued by DWR which "expire" once DEMLR issues HNP ISP NCS000606. Let me know if we need to discuss any of these aspects. Thanks, Don HNP NCO039586 — art V — Industrial Stormwater Boilerplate Lang No changes; however, there will be an Individual Industrial S (NCS000606) issued in the future and the current N 96 9 obligations will become "null & void" once this new Individual effect. Part I (A)(21) STORMWATER MONITORING REQUIREMEI seq.,15A NCAC 02h .O126 et seq.] Stormwater conditions under this section will expire on the e{ individual stormwater permit is issued to the facility by the Di and Land Resources. Sergei, We were reviewing the received permit and noticed the Industrial Stormwater Boilerplate (Part V) was not attached to the original permit received at the facility. Can you issue a clarification letter and transmit a copy of the Part V Boilerplate to note it should have been included (include an electronic copy to Bob & myself)? I will send a copy of the Boilerplate from the previous permit separately to guard against any email system rejections due to file sizes. Please let me know if any questions or if we need to discuss.
